What Makes Us Different

Here at The Bridge, we offer programs and solutions for chronic mental and physical health issues. This renewal will change the direction one experiences and sees their health and ultimately life. Everything you do here will contribute to your healing. This is not a band-aid solution. Healing is possible! There can be many things in the way of our bodies ability to heal. We will provide in a condensed 19 day program what is best for the individual guest to recover. Many attend The Bridge at critical times in life because they feel lost, confused or frustrated about their health. At The Bridge we help guests find freedom to live life again by healing what is in the way of recovery. This is what makes The Bridge a powerful experience.

How is this done?

The Bridge is an environment with exceptional providers that meet one on one with each guest. Along with individual healing treatments, is the important education guest receive in our workshops and classes. The Bridge program is designed to work, stretch and explore the abilities of each guest, allowing them to not just be stronger than when they arrived but to change their perspective for the rest of their life.

The following are included to support recovery:

Full Blood Work

Blood work allows our physician and staff to determine the state of individual guests needs on a biological level. Many of our guests experience a drastic change in their lab results over the course of their time with us at The Bridge.

Physician Evalutation

Individual attention to each guests needs allows for the patient and the staff to work towards and achieve a common goal.

Massage Therapy

Regular massages allow our patients to repair and restore the body. Massage therapy helps to relieve chronic pain, lupus, fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSP, migraines, hypertension, stress, depression, PTSD, and so much more.

Personal Training

Each body is different, our physical trainers are aware of this and take the time to learn how different bodies react to different types of training. Our personal trainers work with each guest to help them achieve their goals in a way that’s best for them.

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapist has years of experience and keeps up on new methods. Physical therapy is crucial to the rehabilitation of everyone even those who struggle with mental illness, the correction of posture and structural balance will increase confidence and alter your self image in a positive light.

Chiropractic

Alignment of the spinal column and nerve system allows the body to properly balance hormonal/chemical changes. This alignment also assists the body in adjusting to the physical and emotional changes that occur during your stay at The Bridge.

We know the importance of the connection between our mind, body, and soul. Learning how to make these work harmoniously is the goal.

Pain Management Training

The bridge provides the tools and knowledge to manage, reduce, and even eliminate pain in your life.

Medication Reduction

Our guests are provided the skills to reduce and eventually eliminate the need for some medication.

Life Planning

Our program works because we teach our guest how to incorporate what they have learned into their day to day lives. We encourage them to look forward to a hopeful and rewarding life ahead.

Meditation

Reducing continuous stress is key to strengthening the boy. Our mind-body specialists will guide you through meditation practices that help bring the mind to ease that in turn relieves the body.

Diet Coaching

Our guest are provided access to Dietitians, Nutritionists, and food specialists that provide the knowledge of how food contributes to heal the mind and body.

Mind-Body Coaching

Everything you do at the Bridge is to guide you in healing the mind and the body; Learning how these things work and what it takes to make them work together.

Clinical Psychology

Our Psychologist provides the guidance needed to be successful on a personal level.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Psychology appointments as well as group workshops aid in

problem-solving and behavior change.

Other Activities

Equine therapy, art therapy, music therapy, yoga, rapid-eye therapy, community service, walks and hikes throughout the beautiful Southern Utah desert.
